Dr. Hildegard Bison has been Head of the Legal Department of BP Europa SE for 10 years and is responsible for all BP Group countries on the European continent and in South Africa. She has also been a member of the Management Board of BP Europa SE since 2018. Prior to that, Hildegard Bison worked at Freshfields for 18 years, 12 of them as a partner.

Thanks to her many years of experience both in the legal department and in the law firm, she knows both sides and has a clear idea of what a successful collaboration looks like - and how it does not.
